All sleeper trains depart from Bashtil Station (also called Upper Egypt Station), not Ramses Station. This changed in October 2024. Please allow at least 45 minutes to reach the station before departure.
No printing needed. Your name will be on the train manifest. The conductor checks names, not paper tickets. Simply show your ticket PDF on your phone if asked.
Within 2 hours of payment. We book your ticket with Egypt Railways and email it directly to you. If it's outside office hours, your ticket will arrive first thing the next morning.
